MMCHT has conducted special classes for disabled children inviting professional teachers in the existing primary schools. Total 40 nos. of special orientation classes conducted during the reporting year, which helped the children with disability for their improvement in learning process.
The organization has well understood the difficulties of old aged peoples in the district and urban areas of different district which is analyzed at different levels. The period of adolescence is so vital that during which a revolutionary physical and cerebral changes are manifested. We have special center for the care of old aged people.
The organization aims for upfilment of mentally retired persons by identifying them and making aware about the availability of different schemes of Government.
Since its inception, MMCHT has been considering education particularly of children as one of its important focus areas as it is understood that building blocks of society need a proper orientation and basic education is an important medium for that.Given the failure of mainstream education system to reach the poor and marginalized of the society, MMCHT has particularly focused on developing alternative and innovative models of education so that the local communities especially the reclusive tribal groups are inclined to receive education under it. The whole issue of access to education is under laid by the issue of rights of children, which forms another focus area of the organisation.
