About Us

The medical set up incepted in the year 1937 in realistic approach till then right from Nineteen twenties Moorshead was the health programmer initiator. This English men came to witness the culture and tradition of the typical tribals settled in the Ghumusar region a patch habitation of the tribals. But he not only witnessed the rich heritage of the tribals and their innocence and ignorance but on the other hand he wellness it with a doctors eye also.It was so miserable dejection and vulnerable. He cancelled his tourist visit and turned a Missionary to address the health input badly required by the tribals. The area operation was vast and there was no medical facilitation even after 200 miles.

Care For Disabled

MMCHT has conducted special classes for disabled children inviting professional teachers in the existing primary schools. Total 40 nos. of special orientation classes conducted during the reporting year, which helped the children with disability for their improvement in learning process.

Rehabilitation Center For Old Age People

The organization has well understood the difficulties of old aged peoples in the district and urban areas of different district which is analyzed at different levels. The period of adolescence is so vital that during which a revolutionary physical and cerebral changes are manifested. We have special center for the care of old aged people.

Rehabilitation For Mentally Retired People

The organization aims for upfilment of mentally retired persons by identifying them and making aware about the availability of different schemes of Government.
